Job Shadowing experience at schools in Lappeenranta, Finland. A large group of 8 teachers from the WELL BEING PROJECT consortium, with the Sestini institute as lead partner, visited the schools of this city in south-eastern Finland in the lake area.

Job Shadowing gave us the opportunity to visit various types of schools from kindergarten to university, we were able to attend some discipline lessons and practical-manual laboratories, providing the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with a school system very different from the Italian one and establish professional relationships for the exchange of good practices.
